Questions?

Whether you’re new or exploring deeper support, we know you may have questions.

1. How is this different from traditional therapy?

Couple Clarity AI offers immediate, guided support whenever you need it. Instead of waiting for sessions, you can talk through situations in real time and get structured, thoughtful guidance together.

2. Can I use this on my own, or does my partner need to join?

You can start on your own. Most people begin by exploring their thoughts and feelings individually, at their own pace.

If and when you’re ready, you can invite your partner and use “Together” mode to work through things side by side, with guided support for both of you.

3. What can we talk about?

Anything affecting your relationship — communication, conflict, trust, distance, stress, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t need to have the right words to begin.

4. Will it take sides?

No. The AI is designed to stay neutral and support both partners equally. Its role is to help you understand each other, not to judge or assign blame.

5. Is this private?

Yes. Your conversations are designed to remain private and confidential. You can speak openly without worrying about being judged or exposed.

6. What if things feel serious or overwhelming?

The AI can support you through difficult moments, but it’s not a replacement for professional or emergency support. If something feels urgent or unsafe, it’s important to seek help from a qualified professional.

7. Do we need to commit to anything?

No. You can start exploring at your own pace. There’s no pressure — just support when you need it.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.

A calm space to slow down, understand what’s really happening between you,

and find a clearer way forward.
